1st place – Mohammed Bin Rashid City

1st place goes to the whole city of Mohammed Bin Rashid. The area “Mohammed Bin Rashid City” is named after the ruler of Dubai and will become a deserved framing for the world’s tallest building – Burj Khalifa. A new area will include the world’s biggest shopping mall Mall of the World, Universal Studios park and a huge garden which is trice as bigger than Hyde Park in London. The first stage of this project will be completed in 2014.
