Guests of the UAE can visit both aquariums and water parks, but they have not yet seen such as this one. It is expected that a new giant water park will open in the Al Qana district in the city of Abu Dhabi in the last decade of 2020.
This giant will surprise even locals who are accustomed to the enormous constructions – over 30 thousand species of marine fauna, ten thematic zones that represent aquatic ecosystems from the snowy Arctic to the tropical seas in the Pacific Ocean, from the Amazon to the Mediterranean Sea, and of course the underwater world of the Persian Gulf. In a word, there will be exciting things to see for both an adult and a child. The total area of the new aquarium will be over 7 thousand square meters.
In addition to excursions for tourists, local schoolchildren will be trained here. Besides, almost 80 marine biologists will work in this center, studying the fauna of the depths as close to natural conditions as possible. In total, the new complex will be able to receive up to 1 million visitors a year.
