Dubai has got a number of upcoming new architectural marvels in the next few years. All what has been previously planned within the global Dubai development plan as the unique tourist destination is being on its way to being constructed.
The architectural wonders will combine masterpieces from various prominent architects with residential compounds surrounded by waterways and greenery. Thus, a new Ferris wheel will embellish the new 1.6 billion dirhams Blue-waters Island just half a mile off the Dubai Marina coast and will be called the Dubai Eye. Once up on the wheel, one will be able to observe the JBR Skyline and The Palm Jumeirah with Atlantis Hotel on top of it. At 210 meters, when skies are clear, the remote giants Burj Al Arab and Burj Khalifa will be visible shimmering with their thousands lights.
The island will also feature various entertainment facilities and residential compounds as well as a new –age souk. All will be connected via a staggering 475 million dirhams bridge with high-speed pedestrians transit system.
Moving further towards the Business Bay, a new water canal is being built connecting Business Bay and Arabian Gulf. The huge 2 billion dirhams project will boast bridges connecting all main roads and highways, water transportation, malls, luxurious residential areas, hotels, restaurants and lots of leisure facilities for the public.
A little bit further north, a new 30 billion dirhams MBR City will sprawl across 55 million square feet. The new urban oasis will comprise the biggest mall in the world – Mall of the World, numerous art galleries and a park.
Dubai, ambitious as usual, dares even to reverse the flow of events set by nature. It will turn a desert to a rainforest faster than the Mother Nature does by using 56 million square feet area and turning it into the vast rainforest with luxury villas and a golf course designed by Tiger Woods. It is said to be finished by 2020.
Dubai keeps holding its positions as the highly attractive destination for tourist, residents and business people. Come to Dubai, see it, enjoy it, and explore its opportunities for your business goals.
